The New Fibers exhibitions seek to present contemporary fiber art in a broad range of forms, from textiles rooted in traditional processes and materials, to sculpture, conceptual, and installation art.    Participation in New Fibers is open to all fiber artists, 18 years and older, living in the United States.  Current work created in all fiber media and/or using fiber techniques is eligible for inclusion.  

   New Fibers 2010 is scheduled to open in the fall of 2010 at the University Art Gallery, Eastern Michigan University, in Ypsilanti, Michigan.  A prospectus is tentatively scheduled to be available on this website by January of that year.
